PACKING
Each product will be packaged in bulk according to the quantity selected by the customer up to approximately 1kg in weight.
The products are individually packed in heat-sealed PA-PP 85 µm bags.
If you want to divide a product into several quantities, you can indicate it in the "Observations" box when processing the order, right in the last step of the purchase before making payment. The minimum quantity of packaging shall be the initial quantity of the product.
4. Prices
All products indicate the selling price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). If applicable any other tax, this shall be indicated.
5. Delivery of the product
We are committed to deliver the product in perfect condition in the direction that the Client indicate in the order form. In order to optimize the delivery, thank the customer to indicate a direction in which the shipment can be delivered within the normal working hours.
We are not responsible for errors and additional expenses caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not conform to reality or have been omitted.
Products purchased will be delivered to the person / company and the address.

The acceptance and payment of the order, expressly imply the form of shipping chosen and the cost of such expenses.
Orders will not be PO boxes.
If you have selected a collection point in the Mondial Relay network as your delivery method, it may happen that it is not available at the time of contracting the shipment, so it will be changed to the delivery point closest to the one you have selected.
In any case, we will contact you according to data provided to any incident and doubt.
6. Delivery time
Delivery times are estimates. Therefore, it is possible which vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In cases of delays in deliveries, he will inform customers when we have knowledge of it. Work day: Monday to friday except public holidays.
Orders received before 12: 00 the preparation is counted on the same day, from 12:00 h the preparation passes the next day.
Each delivery is considered completed from the time when the carrier makes the product available to the Customer, either physically or through their installations, which is achieved through the control system used by the carrier.

1 day of preparation + 1 transit day = 2 work days
Zeleris - Peninsular Spain:
1 day of preparation + 1 transit day = 2 work days
Point Pack - Peninsular Spain:
1-2 days of preparation + 5 transit days = 6-7 work days (On Christmas dates this service may be delayed).
There are only pack points on the islands of Ibiza, Majorca and Menorca.
Correos Express - Portugal continental:
1 days of preparation + 1 transit days = 2 work days
Correos - Baleares:
1-2 days of preparation + 2-3 transit days = 3-5 work days
Mondal Relay/Punto Pack - France:
1-2 days of preparation + 5 transit days = 6-7 work days

7. Shipping costs

You will receive an email and a phone call when the package has reached the Punto Pack.
Important: Packages that have not been delivered to the customer will be waiting to be picked up at the corresponding agency. Each agency has stipulated a maximum time to collect the packages. After the maximum time for collection, packages that have not been removed are automatically destroyed. The responsibility of collecting the package is the customer's, therefore the customer is not entitled to compensation by Frutoo for this reason.
9. Payment Methods
Customer agrees to pay when placing the order. Payment can be made during the confirmation of purchase, either through credit card or Paypal. You can also pay by bank transfer, for which you will be provided with the necessary bank details to make it.
Finally you can pay cash on delivery, for we will contact the customer to check all data. Will cancel orders that are not confirmed or the amount of the products is lower than the shipping cost.
Orders may be cancelled if they are not confirmed or if the amount of the products is less than the cost of delivery.

11. Points Program
With each purchase in Frutoo will accumulate points redeemable for discounts on their next purchase. Every 2 € purchase equivalent to 1 point. Points will be calculated on the taxable amount of the products purchased. Every 17 points is about 1 € discount. THIS EQUATES TO A 3% DISCOUNT EXTRA FOR YOUR NEXT PURCHASE.

12. Security
We have the highest commercially available security measures in the sector. In addition, the payment process works on a secure server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Conservation recommendations:
- Dehydrated products absorb ambient humidity, so it is advisable to store in the refrigerator using hermetic containers, preferably glass
- Natural products without preservatives follow their maturation process in a more perceptible way than those with preservatives, which may cause changes in color and texture over time. This cannot be avoided, this is how nature works.
- The preferred consumption date does not indicate a guarantee of preservation of the product until that date or a period in which the product does not expire. Conservation depends on the means used by the customer to protect the product from ambient humidity and light.
- It is recommended that the storage temperature does not exceed 25 degrees.
14. Jurisdiction
Frutoo reserves the right to file civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the misuse of its web site and content or for breach of these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed of current legislation and application in the Spanish territory.
