Breakfast cereals. An updated classic

This typical breakfast we all loved when we were kids and everyone had their favorite brand. Also learned techniques to not put soft, the less elaborate but effective was eating fast, but with the latest scoops was hard not happen.

Formerly we did not have too much choice, until they came the cereals with chocolate, those with honey and so on until the variety of shapes and textures there today.

Also exist in the market which bring pieces of fruit, but found the fruit among cereals is purely coincidental.

For our nutritious and delicious breakfast we used:

  • 50 gr of corn flakes
  • 1 cup soymilk (or milk)
  • 30 gr of dried fruit (a taste of each)


We recommend the following cereals to fruits: cranberry, currant, banana chip, coconut, cherry, strawberry, raisins, peach, papaya, pineapple and goji berry.
